-지만 = but / although

-지만 = the basic 'although': 'we just met, but...'

Pattern: [stem] + 지만

Example: 비싸지만 사고 싶어 (expensive but I want it) / 힘들지만 재밌어 (hard but fun)

-ㄴ 적이 없다 = never have

-ㄴ 적이 없다 = have never done: 'a place you've never been.'

Pattern: [verb stem] + ㄴ/은 적이 없다

Example: 혼자 산 적이 없어 (never lived alone) / 그 메뉴 먹어 본 적 있어? (have you tried that dish?)

-ㄹ 거야 = will / probably
